Villa Andres in Moraira. It is a unexpected, magical space very well located within the heart of Cometa in Moraira. Andres is within walking distance of all facilities and the beach.The nearest bar restaurant is only 200m away. A colourful, mature Mediterranean garden sits within substantial fenced grounds with a year round maintained 9x4m private pool.

The Space

Andres is configured as two separate apartments each with fully equipped kitchen, lounge and TV area. The ground floor has a single bedroom a twin and one double bedroom, one of which has an en suite in addition to a family bathroom. The top floor is accessed by an external staircase and also has two doubles and a single bedroom(changes into a double if required) together with a family bathroom. It also has air conditioning. This would ideally suit two families or a large party. Wifi is available throughout the property .A large covered traditional outdoor kitchen with barbecue gas hob and sink allows you to enjoy eating outside. On site shaded parking for three cars. The Villa is being updated and the majority of furniture is new. We take your comfort seriously and have imported the superb top of the range Sealey mattresses with pillow top memory foam.

The garden has a brand new large 14ft trampoline with safety net perfect for kids or adults. In addition we have three new mountain bikes with helmets and locks.

The house has a Sonos 5 system and 2 HD 48 inch smart TV's with a channel package.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £250

We would kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum outside after 11pm, as it is a residential area.
